Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop advanced analytical models to identify market opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline optimizations and automation
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
