Responsibilities
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to monitor KPIs and support executive decision-making.
- Develop complex SQL queries and data models to extract, clean, and integrate data from various sources.
- Partner with business units to translate raw data requirements into robust analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
