Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and leadership for feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design thinking processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
