Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and automation
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to strategic actions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehouse tools
