Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy high-performance prompt engineering solutions for large language models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt optimization
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Partner with product teams to integrate prompt engineering into end-user applications
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry standards in prompt engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development roles
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar large language model APIs
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in data processing frameworks
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
