Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for design optimization.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct accessibility audits to ensure all designs comply with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and internal teams effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and UX best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of the design-to-development handoff process.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting tight deadlines.
