Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to optimize data delivery and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business narratives
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
