Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
