Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through clear, actionable reports
- Implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating data storytelling capabilities
