Responsibilities

- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
