Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, data warehouses, and data pipelines to ensure optimal data flow
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and provide real-time insights
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
