Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and optimize business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices in data governance
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced skills in Tableau and Power BI dashboard development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects and visualizations
