- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure product performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaign ROI through data modeling
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure real-time analytics capabilities
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong Python programming skills with pandas/scipy experience
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business audiences
