Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies for large language models
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable frameworks
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop training materials for internal prompt engineering standards
- Participate in cross-functional hackathons and innovation sprints
- Present findings to stakeholders through technical demonstrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Exceptional written communication and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technologies quickly through structured training
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (training provided)
