Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and Python for ETL processes

- Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into analytical solutions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and storytelling

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
