Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and integrate multi-source datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL, Python, and R
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with government/public sector data highly desirable
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AWS/GCP data platforms a plus
