Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt architectures for large language models
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization of prompt strategies
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors and outputs
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Analyze user interaction data to identify prompt enhancement opportunities
- Lead workshops on prompt engineering best practices for cross-functional teams
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and integrate new techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proven track record of optimizing AI system performance through prompt iteration
- Expertise in natural language processing and semantic analysis
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in agile development environments
