Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost efficiency, and security compliance
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Monitor cloud environments using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and cloud security audits
- Mentor junior engineers and document cloud architecture best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS, GCP, or Azure certification
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to lead cloud migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
