Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts in real-time using SIEM tools
- Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Develop and execute incident response playbooks for security breaches
- Perform forensic analysis to determine root causes of security incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Generate comprehensive security reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry trends (CISSP/CISM preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, or similar)
- Experience with threat intelligence tools and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Proficiency in network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+)
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
