Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders across financial services verticals
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and build predictive models for customer behavior
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in regression and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
