Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 incident response for SOC operations during night shift
- Conduct proactive threat hunting using EDR/SIEM platforms
- Develop and implement security automation scripts
- Perform forensic analysis of advanced persistent threats
- Collaborate with global teams on vulnerability patching
- Maintain NIST/CIS compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts on security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity (SOC, threat intelligence, or incident response)
- Active CISSP, CISM, or GCIH certification
- Expertise in SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR tools
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Ability to work autonomously during night shifts
- Excellent written communication for reporting
