Responsibilities

- Build automated prompt optimization pipelines using Python/ML frameworks
- Document prompt libraries with version-controlled taxonomy systems
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
- Partner with UX teams to align prompts with user experience flows
- Monitor emerging LLP capabilities and integrate new techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years developing production-level prompt systems for LLMs
