Responsibilities
- Lead development of production-scale ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch for autonomous systems
- Architect neural networks for real-time data processing at edge/IoT endpoints
- Implement federated learning frameworks for privacy-preserving AI deployments
- Optimize model performance for quantum computing hybrid architectures
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development practices
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on hybrid AI-algorithm development
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) for regulated industries
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML engineering with 3+ years in production AI systems
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record deploying models at scale (>100M users)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- PhD in CS/AI or equivalent industry breakthroughs
