Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead experimental research in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Develop patentable solutions for quantum cryptography and optimization problems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
