Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and improve product functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team in an Agile environment.
