Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Document design decisions and maintain updated style guides
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (3+ years experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ end-to-end product design projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions
