Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong business acumen in fintech or SaaS industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data projects
