Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis initiatives using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical modeling
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance metrics
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Proven experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling
