Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using provided industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
