Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with precision using JIRA and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate business logic and user workflows.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and testing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
