Responsibilities
- Develop & Refine Prompts: Create, test, and optimize complex prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks to measure the accuracy, safety, and relevance of AI-generated responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business requirements into effective AI prompts.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously analyze user feedback to refine prompt strategies and improve model performance over time.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Specialist, or similar role within the last 3 years.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI concepts.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex language logic issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
