Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI interaction workflows and user journeys
- Develop prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve response accuracy
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create training materials
- Stay current with AI research trends and emerging prompt techniques
- Partner with data scientists to refine model outputs through iterative prompting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise in GPT-4, LangChain, and Hugging Face ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot ambiguous AI responses
- Experience with API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI)
