The Opportunity:
As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and iterating on prompts that power our enterprise applications. You will define the logic of our AI, ensuring accuracy, safety, and relevance in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored to specific business use cases.
- Optimize prompt structures to maximize accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and improve response quality.
- Conduct A/B testing and rigorous analysis of prompt variations to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of high-performance prompt templates and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate AI features seamlessly into products.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Experience working with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLM APIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI outputs.
