Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Create and optimize complex prompts for LLMs to achieve specific business objectives and user intents.
- Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models based on prompt performance metrics.
- Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and user feedback analysis to iteratively improve response quality.
- Integration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into production APIs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, strategies, and best practices.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI research to implement novel prompt engineering techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API development.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama).
