Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompt chains and system instructions for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, safety, and hallucination rates, implementing feedback loops to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into effective prompt engineering strategies.
- Document prompt templates, methodologies, and best practices to create a reusable knowledge base for the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply new techniques to enhance our internal tools.
- Analyze user interaction data to iterate on prompts that maximize engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and tokenization.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and API integration.
- Ability to think critically and debug complex logical issues within AI responses.
