Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and maintain detailed defect tracking in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Perform regression testing on new features and bug fixes
- Validate software functionality across multiple platforms and browsers
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
