Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with attention to detail
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design outcomes
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
