Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document network changes in ServiceNow and maintain IPAM records
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
- Collaborate with cloud teams on Azure/VPN implementations
- Respond to Tier-2/3 tickets within SLA timeframes
- Conduct quarterly network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN management
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet VPNs
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA Network+ preferred
