Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and implement quality control measures to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) as required.
