Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover business insights
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track progress against goals
- Prepare clear executive summaries and data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to data governance standards and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with healthcare or tourism industry data preferred
