Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timeframes
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Implement network security protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) integration projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools and network automation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability for occasional on-site visits
