Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve complex network outages and security incidents
- Document network topology and implement change management protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Support VoIP and video conferencing systems
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Proficiency in firewall configuration (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Experience with SD-WAN and network virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
