Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Present design concepts to executive leadership for strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS work
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience mentoring design teams
