Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and best practices
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal teams
- Collaborate with vendors on equipment upgrades

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
