Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align on design solutions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements and accessibility enhancements
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
