Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies and quality gates
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducibility steps
- Perform regression testing on releases and validate bug fixes
- Develop test plans covering functional, usability, and compatibility scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL databases
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Proficient in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects required
