Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct user interviews and A/B testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing tools, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
