Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Perform regular network audits and updates to meet industry standards.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and change logs accurately.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and end-users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and wireless network management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
