Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and implement security protocols
- Support VPN/remote access solutions for hybrid employees
- Document network configurations and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure integration
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and patching
Qualifications
- 3+ years in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Viptela, Cisco SD-WAN)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues remotely
- Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
