Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless network hardware and software.
- Perform regular network audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and service tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan network upgrades and migrations.
- Document network configurations, changes, and processes accurately.
- Conduct on-site support for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and packet analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
